Good evening Resident

Following concerns for welfare reported by several members of the public in the Tenterden area, officers attended and carried out enquiries to locate the individual concerned.

We would like to thank The Kent & East Sussex Railway, whose staff assisted officers by transporting them to the area where the person was last seen. Their support was invaluable in helping emergency services reach a difficult-to-access location.

Working alongside Kent Fire and Rescue Service, the South East Coast Ambulance Service, and local policing teams, the individual was successfully located and taken to a place of safety where they could access the support they required.

We would like to thank all members of the public who reported their concerns and all partner agencies involved in this successful multi-agency response. Your vigilance and assistance can make a real difference in helping us safeguard vulnerable people within our communities.
